Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy;
  • Requests and changes regarding registration reservations must be notified in writing to the organization secretariat. For cancellation requests, please send an e-mail to ozge.altas@burkon.com
  • Cancellations received by August 10, 2024 will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations received by September 10, 2024 will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations received by September 10, 2024 will be refunded in full.
  • After September 10, 2024, there will be no cancellation - refund process, name change will be accepted.
  • All refunds will be made within 30 working days after the event.

  • Transfer fares do not include 20% VAT.
  • Bulk transfers include only the collective transfer of flights arriving on the first day and returning on the last day. First day and last day transfer times will be announced on the website later, and if a transfer is requested outside these hours, a one-way special transfer fee will be applied.
  • Transfer times will be determined at 2 hour intervals and the maximum waiting time will be 2 hours.
  • For special transfers on intermediate days, an e-mail request must be sent to transfer@burkon.com.
